John's Towing

Very rude driver. They cut you off with that big truck. Then turn around and drive at 30 mph in a 45 just to be rude because I honked at him for pulling out in front of me in a round-a-bout. They act just like they also think they are cops. That was exactly how slow he was going. The first part I thought I was recording showed the speed in it but then I realized I wasn't recording. I just randomly start recoding people and post negative reviews for no reason. Obviously something about this interaction prompted me to feel I should take the time to post a review on this. He was lucky I was paying close attention or else I would have hit the side of his truck with my kids in the car. I just barely got done picking my kids up from school. To have this huge tow truck dart out in front of me because he was to impatient to wait for me. I had 0 cars behind me. No instead he decides that his time was to important and had to get 2 vehicles in a space of time only 1 should have been. Then the owner comes up with excuses for their actions instead of coming up with an apologie. I would have likely updated my review to 3 or 4 stars after getting a proper response. But it will remain 1 star. Look at the lines on the road. That's how fast they move when traveling 30 mph. Not 45.

I called John’s towing and they said that they would be at the address where I was in 20 minutes and they were! Ryan was very professional and fast to hook up my vehicle. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable about his work. I was able to make my appointment on time due to their services. I would highly recommend to anyone to use John’s Towing in their time of need and if I need services again in the future for towing I will go through them than any other towing company. I am highly satisfied! Thank you guys!

This was my first experiencing ever calling a tow company. John’s did not disappoint. Hopefully, I won’t need them often, but they will be my first go to from now on! They were prompt and the driver was so patient and helpful with my two kids. It was cute him and my son shared the same name as well. Definitely top tier service.

When I called Johns Towing, it was for a unique service. I was having some equipment delivered by a 53ft Semi Truck & Trailer and had no access to a loading dock. I called Josh at Johns Towing and explained my situation for a Tow Truck with a Flat Bed to meet me at the location to help unload the specialized equipment being delivered from Canada for my Lawn Leveling company. He explained they do this sort of thing all the time and was happy to help. He said giver them a call 2 hours before the truck driver will be there and that way I won't waste any time on paying extra for the tow truck service. Very honest and transparent. Well, I did just that and Brendon from Johns towing showed up right on time with the 22 foot bed and helped coordinate every step with myself and the truck driver. Brendon gave extra by using his skills with the awkward equipment and driving and unloading it exactly where it needed to go. $150 and 1 hour later all my equipment was where it needed to be and was as easy as it could get. I know because i've done it the hard way. Thank you Johns Towing Team, Josh and Brendon. You guys are awesome and I will definitely recommend you to others and use you for my towing needs.

I was heading to daycare and then work at 730am with a 9 yr old, 2 yr old and 6 month old when we got a flat tire. My husband was at work and was not answering his phone and I needed to get on my way ASAP. I called a few local places, no answer, then Bennet from John's towing answered. He was so helpful, he seemed like he genuinely cared about getting me to the tire repair place in a timely manner. He was professional, considerate and showed up even quicker than he said he would. He knew what he was doing and made the experience far less irritating than it started out. Thank you! 👍
